Weekend Visits to Serendipitous Shepherdess Sanctuary

Looking for a fun, educational, and family-friendly weekend activity? Come visit Serendipitous Shepherdess Sanctuary, where our gates are open every Saturday and Sunday to welcome you into a world of woolly wonders and warm-hearted critters!

Cost? Free!
At the sanctuary, we believe that everyone deserves the simple joy of spending time with animals and connecting with the beauty of nature. That’s why our Sanctuary visits are completely free of charge—because moments of peace, laughter, and discovery should be accessible to all.

Meet the Animals
Get up close and personal with our adorable residents, including sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, and even our sweet turkey. Each of our critters has a unique story and personality, and they love meeting new friends of all ages.

Experience Wool Crafts
While you're here, you’ll have the chance to see and take part in live demonstrations of the traditional wool crafts we practice on the farm. From spinning to dyeing with natural colors, felting to knitting, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into how we transform raw wool into beautiful, functional creations. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a curious beginner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Safe and Fun for All Ages
Our sanctuary is a safe, welcoming environment designed to bring joy and education to people of all ages. Whether you're bringing your little ones to meet the animals or seeking a peaceful moment for yourself, our sanctuary is the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend.

Plan Your Visit
Text us (1-802-376-6345) to let us know you're on your way or just stop by during our open hours 9am to 4pm! Bring your family, friends, or simply your curiosity, and enjoy a day at the sanctuary.

Come experience the beauty of nature, the joy of animals, and the magic of wool crafts. We can’t wait to see you at Serendipitous Shepherdess Sanctuary this weekend!
